We did not invent water filtration with separator technology. What we set out to do was build it in a customer-friendly way. Easier to handle, more powerful — and still light. Every detail of our device answers one question: how does it feel in everyday use, not just how does it look on a spec sheet.
Built to last
Our deep cleaners are designed for longevity too: the roller height can be adjusted in two steps. Once the brushes wear down over time and the vibration effect fades, you simply readjust it — instead of replacing the part.
Service you can actually reach
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, we are personally on the phone — for your questions, without endless hold loops. Emails are of course answered within those hours as well, often within half an hour. Because we know: alongside a top product there has to be even better service.
